RMA Requirement
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. You must request the return by email to hello@allwhere.co within 15 calendar days of original receipt of the product(s) for your return to be valid. Allwhere will assist with the filing of an RMA from the relevant manufacturer or distributor. Once allwhere confirms the RMA has been approved, returns must be mailed back within 7 business days via the provided return labels. Products cannot be returned without a valid RMA.
Privacy Policy
Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25 or 25% of the product’s original price, whichever is greater. Restocking fees will apply upon receipt of the approved RMA.
Condition of Product
Products must be returned in a complete, unused condition sealed in original packaging with all accessories. Missing components may result in refusal of the return or additional fees.
Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
DOA products must be reported to hello@allwhere.co within 15 calendar days of receipt. If deemed defective by the vendor or manufacturer, they may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If testing shows the product is not defective, a minimum restocking fee of $25 or 25% of the product’s original price, whichever is greater, will apply in addition to any applicable pass-through shipping costs. After 15 calendar days, DOA returns must be processed through the manufacturer’s warranty directly with the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders and manually configured products (including devices enrolled via hardware - hash extraction or Apple Configurator)
- Software licenses and electronic deliveries
- Furniture (desks and other large items)
- Discontinued, closeout items, and items in non-resalable condition
Responsibility for Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns, Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Allwhere will provide return shipping labels upon RMA approval. Shipping, installation, and labor charges are non-refundable.
Time Limits
Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receipt for non-defective items, if allowed by the manufacturer. Once allwhere has confirmed an RMA is accepted, returns must be mailed back within 7 business days. Products returned after this period may result in refusal of the return or additional fees.
Manufacturer Restrictions
All returns are subject to the manufacturer’s or distributor’s policies, which may override our policy and limit or prevent returns for specific products.
International Returns
For returns outside of the United States, additional restrictions apply and all international returns are processed on a best-effort basis. Please contact hello@allwhere.co for specific guidance and support regarding your order.
